1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods like holidays or sales events. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

Important Notice: PERFUME PARIS LLC, operating through lumicperfume.com, partners with established fragrance distributors (FragranceX and FragranceNet) who ship directly to you. This dropship model allows us to:

• Maintain product freshness
• Offer a wider selection
• Provide competitive pricing
• Ensure authenticity

Due to regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol-based products like perfumes, we exclusively use ground shipping methods.

• Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping.

• Shipping Costs (within the Contiguous US):

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $59.00 or more (after applicable discounts and before taxes).

  • A flat rate of $4.99 applies to all orders under $59.00.

• Estimated Delivery Time (Contiguous US): Typically 3 to 7 business days via ground transport after the 2-3 business day processing period. The total estimated time from order placement is approximately 5-10 business days.

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and start from the date of shipment.

• We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, address problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

• Due to shipping regulations for fragrances and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship orders to the following locations:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

4. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping Restrictions - Important Information for Perfumes

• Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as hazardous materials (ORM-D/Limited Quantity) for shipping purposes by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).

• Due to these regulations, all perfume orders must ship via ground transportation only. Air transport is prohibited.

• All shipments containing perfume will be labeled and packaged in compliance with applicable regulations to ensure safe and legal transport.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lumic Perfume is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any subsequent reshipment costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@lumicperfume.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. Please keep all items and packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check around your property and with neighbors. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us. If tracking hasn't updated for several business days, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

Lumic Perfume reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
