In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Orders are shipped directly from our partners' warehouses to ensure freshness and authenticity. You may receive packages with FragranceX or FragranceNet labeling.
We offer FREE standard ground shipping on orders $59 and over (after discounts, before tax). For orders under $59, there is a $4.99 flat rate for standard ground shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing. After that, standard ground shipping usually takes an estimated 3-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is roughly 5-10 business days. Please note these are estimates.
We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
No. Due to shipping regulations for fragrances and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US Territories. See our Shipping Policy.

Order & Returns
Yes, all authentic fragrances have batch codes that can be verified with the manufacturer.
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
No. This is very important: Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened, used, sprayed, or tested. To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be in its original, unopened, sealed manufacturer packaging (including any cellophane wrap) and in unused, resalable condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
Please contact our customer support at cs@lumicperfume.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without receiving prior authorization and instructions from us.
Once we receive and approve your eligible return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process the refund. After that, additional time is needed for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
